Rates

Rates exclude beverages and bar expenses, room service, a la carte or additional meals, entry visas, all activities and excursions, arrival and departure transfers from Nosy Be Airport, Hell Ville Port or Ankify Port (road & boat transfers), full-day deep-sea fishing, PADI qualifications, scuba diving, in room spa treatments, laundry, boutique purchases, gratuities and personal expenses.

+ Conservation Levy €75 per adult per stay and €40 per child 4 to 17 years old per stay (non-commissionable).

+ Per person excursion rates are applicable to a min of 2 pax per excursion, unless otherwise stated.

+ Road & Boat Transfers with meet & greet from Nosy Be Airport / Hell Ville to Tsara Komba €115 per adult per way and €75 per child per way.

+ Road & Boat Transfers with meet & greet & Visa assistance from Nosy Be Airport / Hell Ville to Tsara Komba €135 per adult per way and €95 per child per way.

+ Boat Transfer from Hell Ville Port to Tsara Komba €80 per adult per way, €45 per child per way.

+ Boat Transfers from Ankify Mainland to Tsara Komba €65 per adult per way, €45 per child per way.

+ Festive Dining Christmas or New Years Eve Dinner is an additional cost of €145 for adults and €75 for children 4-17 years old.

Children of all ages are welcome at Tsara Komba. When sharing with an adult, children under 18 years old are 50% of the nightly adult rate and Conservation Levies. Children 3 and under are free of charge when sharing with an adult. Some of our activities may be unsuitable for younger children. Adults are responsible for supervising their children at all times.

Relevant Conservation Levies to be added to accommodation cost (per person per stay). These costs are subject to change.

Bookings made within the same month of travel will be held for a maximum period of 5 days. For bookings made within 3 months of travel, a holding period of 2 weeks will be applied. For all bookings traveling 3 months and onwards from the date of booking, a maximum hold of 4 weeks will be applied. Bookings that fall within peak periods will be held for a maximum 7 days.

We reserve the right to release any bookings not confirmed within this period. In extraordinary circumstances, we will hold the booking for longer than 14 days.

Should there be requests for the same dates – we will require confirmation of the booking and payment of the deposit within 48 hours.

Travel Insurance: Upon booking confirmation, guest to ensure that the appropriate comprehensive travel and medical insurance is taken out to protect against, inter alia, cancellation or interruption of tour, personal accident, emergency evacuation expenses, medical expenses, repatriation expenses and loss of baggage. Time + Tide cannot take responsibility for external events that may result in travel delays e.g. adverse weather conditions, rescheduled / missed flights etc. The guest is responsible for any and all expenses that arise as a result of last-minute changes to itineraries. 

A commitment fee of 20% of the total cost of your booking or the cost of any third-party services held, whichever is higher, is required to confirm the booking and secure the space. This is non-refundable and due within 14 days of confirmation. Full and final payment of the remaining balance is required 45 days before travel. Time + Tide Tsara Komba accepts payment as:

Electronic Bank Transfers Funds transferred to Time + Tide should be the full amount invoiced. The payee is liable for all foreign exchange commissions and / or bank charges.

Credit Card Time + Tide accepts payment by all major credit cards, including virtual credit cards (VCC). A service fee of 4% will be charged for each transaction.

Tipping is customary to tip at your discretion however, we prefer that guests tip the staff at the end of their stay, rather than throughout their stay. 

We generally advise €15 – €30 per guest per day. 

From confirmation date – 46 days: 25% of total booking value. 45 – 0 days: 100% of total booking value is due. Issued flights are non-refundable.
