Back at the lodge, our team would be delighted to show you around the Eden Garden, our botanical treasure brimming with over 200 plant species. From baobab seedlings to Madagascan vanilla, our garden is not just a feast for the senses — it’s also a vital part of how we care for the land. Many of these ingredients make their way to our kitchen, adding a fresh, sustainable and homegrown touch to meals. Guests are invited to stroll through the garden, breathe in the fragrances, and pick some ripe fruit to enjoy as they explore.
When it comes to sustainability, we strive to lead by example. We source fish directly from local fishermen, ensuring the freshest meals for you while supporting livelihoods and protecting the environment. Guests are also encouraged to participate in the lodge’s environmental efforts, such as collecting plastic washed ashore and disposing of it in the bins provided. Bathroom amenities are offered in refillable glass jars, a small but meaningful step towards reducing plastic waste.
